What is the 6 week programme?
It is a 6 week programme that entails 1-5 sessions a week to prepare them for important tournaments like nationals. Or can be used just to evolve your players. It includes intricate hockey skills sessions, coaching on highly effective attacking and defending strategies and techniques. Working on our hockey IQ, which is ALL adapted to suit your teams to develop them to the best level they can be.
You might be asking, but we can just get this from our other hockey coaches?
With this programme, the high quality coaching you get and how closely I work with the students is something you wouldn't get with a general hockey coach. I can guarantee you that your teams would win tournaments like the nationals and other matches. My experience in hockey, from playing Premier and Division 1 league allows me to find the gaps in what is missing in teams and individual players, enabling me to plan sessions to fill those gaps so that they will be great players. And the outcome of that would be a team full of passion and drive, closeness with one another, enabling a tier 1 hockey team overall.
Firstly I would take on the first session of an "all rounder" - working on all different hockey techniques and gameplay. I would then evaluate the team to see what their strengths and weaknesses are. And from that I would plan how many sessions your school would like for those 6 weeks based around that evaluation - what they need to work on and what we need to keep. The sessions will always be adapted to suit them if circumstances change.
After a full week of how many sessions, an evaluation would take place again. This includes an analysis for the hockey players to show them the improvements of what still needs to be adjusted, and ultimately what are we going to do to change, so that they can be the best players and team.
That my priority would be the hockey players and the team. To take an approach that is diplomatic but also structured so we can achieve what we want to achieve. Working together.
